The challenge :
Grab a pair of dumbbells of 12 pounds and made 25 bicep curls . Without resting drop the weights and make 25 sit-ups . This is one set .
It is necessary to do 3 sets of as fast as you can . If you become difficult to maintain proper form , stop and pause .
